After reviewing the information, Claragadget will determine the most suitable solution, which may include:

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These may include:

  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Opened or used items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Clearance or final-sale products

Exchanges

At this time, Claragadget does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, you may return the eligible product and place a separate new order.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Returned products must remain unused and in their original condition.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

After your returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
